This document is intended to be discussed and commented on prior to the revision of OIML B 3 and OIML B 10-1. It suggests criteria to take into account test results provided by manufacturers in order to issue OIML Certificates in and outside the scope of the MAA.

Manufacturers' Test Results
1. Tests carried out by a Testing Laboratory under its accreditation at a manufacturers facilities are allowed and outside the scope of the draft.
2. Solution 1 should be permitted as described.
3. Solution 2 should not be permitted within the MAA system.
